Frank Frankel – Director

Frank laid the foundation for Axletree Solutions in 2001, steering Axletree's leadership in SWIFT Connectivity Solutions by leveraging his expertise and prior work experience of 16 years with SWIFT. He was instrumental in providing SWIFT connectivity to banks during the September 11 disaster in the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics.

 

Mohan Murali - Chief Executive Officer

Mohan has over 20 years experience in the Information Technology Industry. His experience in building Technology Solutions and Business Development enables him to design solutions to customers with diverse needs. Under his leadership Axletree Solutions has grown exponentially and is considered the vendor of choice for SWIFT Connectivity Solutions, Treasury Management Solutions and Message Transformation & Integration. Prior to Axletree Mohan held several senior positions with Hewlett Packard and Microland, a leading specialist IT infrastructure services provider. He holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and is a SWIFT Certified Expert.

 

Rekha Ramanan - Senior Vice President, Operations

Rekha is a Certified SWIFT Engineer with over 18 years of IT experience including 14 years of experience in Service Bureau operations and 4 years of experience as developer in Visual C++ and SQL Server. 

She is responsible for the management of our SWIFT Certified Engineers, customer support and technical operations. This includes on-boarding new customers to the Service Bureau, monitoring & evaluating hosted applications, and ensuring regular maintenance. 

 

Martin Lightman - Chief Operating Officer

Martin has over 40 years of senior level Marketing, Sales and Operations experience. His entrepreneurial leadership and accomplishments have driven strategic plans, business development and sales and marketing initiatives. He has extensive broad based experience at aggressive growth companies, as well as his own privately held company, delivering value in understanding and exceeding clients' requirements. He has been instrumental in driving strategic plans, business development and Sales and Marketing initiatives since joining Axletree Solutions in 2007. He holds degrees in Business Administration and Marketing.


Franklin Van Weezendonk - Executive Vice President

Franklin has over 40 years experience with executive positions in Finance, IT, Sales/Marketing, Operations and General Management. At the head office of Royal Philips Electronics in the Netherlands he was in charge of the Concern Finance Bureau, implementing the first large scale international netting payments system. Then he joined the Philips Lighting group in the United States as VP Operations, VP IT, and VP/GM of the Lighting Fixtures Division. Frank spent 13 years with StonCor (chemicals and construction), most lately as Group Manager for the Stonhard, Plasite and Fibergrate companies.

He has a strong international background: lived in four continents, speaks several languages and has worked for Dutch, Swiss, Norwegian and American companies. Franklin graduated from Nijenrode University in Business Administration and holds Masters Degrees in Economics and Law from Erasmus University, The Netherlands.

 

Andrew O'Garro - Vice President Product Management, Treasury Systems

Andrew has over 20 years experience in financial software and services industry. Prior to joining Axletree, Andrew held professional services and product management leadership and executive positions at Tradescape and SunGard. A native of the United Kingdom, Andrew has managed large projects for leading multinational and domestic firms throughout Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia. Leveraging his extensive global treasury and bank connectivity knowledge, he has led global cross functional teams to deliver world class services and solutions, driving services revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
